BlueDot continues to grow and as a result we are looking for a Senior Account Executive for the US Private Sector to join our Growth and Strategy team.

 

The primary objective of this individual will be to expand BlueDot’s client base within Fortune 500 & 1000 accounts in the US and will focus on acquiring customers within the Travel, CPG, Manufacturing and Pharma sectors.


Specifically, you will be expected to target senior executives and members of the C-Suite who are accountable for any of the following functions within their respective companies: Enterprise Risk Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Global Supply Management and Business Continuity.


Ideally you have vast experience selling to enterprise accounts and have a record of exceeding performance targets. You bring with you strong senior executives contacts from previous roles, in BlueDot’s industries of interest. You have experience navigating complex, high velocity SaaS cycles and possess strong negotiation skills and have previous experience acquiring key strategic business development partnerships and participating in RFPs/RFIs.


You can be located in either the US or Canada.

What you will do in more detail:

 

  • Achieve ARR target in the US by acquiring at least three F500 logos, preferably in the US Travel and CPG space
  • Build and a maintain a sales pipeline by connecting with at least 120 new prospects per month
  • Work internally with team to understand needs and requirements for sales enablement materials for the US market (this could include developing marketing materials, case studies, presentations for different verticals of focus)
  • Develop a clear understanding of the buying process and key stakeholders within target enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Build Senior and C-level relationships by establishing contact, nurture and develop relationships with senior leaders and executives within target accounts and industries

  • You have spent the past 5 to 7 years successfully selling to enterprise account and have a track record of exceeding performance targets in BlueDot’s industries of interest
  • Successful experience within early and growth phase start-ups

  • You carry no ego, are agile in your approach and do not overpromise, you definitely work hard to delight customers
  • Your communication skills are exceptional – written, verbal, presentation and are delivered with confidence, research backed and not with arrogance
  • There is a confidence in presenting to senior level executives and you have the ability and desire to build strong relationships using active listening skills
  • You possess a well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and empathetic people leadership skills
  • You are curious by nature and possess a strong growth and learning mindset
